KDCI Outsourcing is looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager who will be responsible for executing our growth strategy by supervising our sales team. You will be in charge of managing the recruitment, training, and daily operations of the team. Your success will be measured based on your team’s overall performance, with additional compensation for closed business.
Effectively lead a team of lead generation specialists and sales development representatives.
Oversee the daily operations and performance.
Provide ongoing training and coaching to the sales team.
Implement sales strategies; help develop a sales playbook with a portfolio of proven sales tactics and strategies.
Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of process and productivity.
Create a development plan that covers productivity, projected expenses, and revenue goals.
Set realistic sales targets for the team and provide the necessary mentoring and motivation to ensure that they reach their targets.
Provide detailed reporting on productivity, sales growth, revenue, and expenses.
Be actively involved in the hiring process for members of the sales team.
1 - 3 years of experience in a leadership role for cross-functional teams
Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
Experience in prospecting and cold calling
Excellent interpersonal skills
CRM experience is required
Strong organizational skills
