KDCI Outsourcing is looking for a Digital project manager to work closely with our clients in supporting all their creative & digital services needs. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth operation of various digital projects, including website design & development, print & graphic design projects. You should be methodical and have excellent time management skills. As a Digital project manager, you should also use your communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams. Ultimately, you should be able to manage and deliver projects’ digital lifecycle within quality, time and budget requirements.

Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end project management
Maintain an active role in facilitating a creative environment
Manage client expectations and projects
Work with 3rd party companies in processing digital & print projects
Scope project requirements and prepare budget
Develop a detailed project plan and monitor progress
Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement digital projects
Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met
Time tracking of resources, Monitor and report on Google Analytics metrics
Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks
Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues
Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects
Develops Web solutions by formulating objectives

Requirements

Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent related experience required
3-5 years of project project management experience
Proven work experience as a Digital project manager
Hands on experience with project management software, Basecamp, Asana
Familiarity with Content Management systems and HTML/CSS
Understanding of SEO and Google Analytics
Solid technical background with an ability to address accessibility and compatibility issues
Excellent organization and time management skills, communication and team management skills
Hands-on graphic or art design experience
Strong computer skills- Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign skills for web and print
Familiar with print and online media
Ability to train and assist employees as necessary
Willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
