KDCI is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce and order management, with exceptional customer service skills and a keen eye for detail.
The candidate should be proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word, and have knowledge of E-commerce and Retail Account Services, Order Processing, and Claims.
● Manage e-commerce orders from receipt to fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
● Handle customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat, providing exceptional service.
● Process wholesale and retail account orders, ensuring compliance with company policies.
● Assist with order processing and claims resolution as needed.
● Work independently to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently.
● Take initiative to identify and implement process improvements.
● Provide leadership and guidance to team members as needed.
● Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
● With at least a year of relevant experience in Customer Service and order management
● Has an excellent phone disposition, and excellent communication skills; handling calls, emails and chats.
● Experience in e-Commerce Wholesale and Retail Account Services, Order processing, and Claims.
● Ability to work independently and take initiative.
● Proficient in MS Excel: Pivot table, vlookup, and MS word.
● Preferably with experience in leadership roles
● Strong attention to detail.
● Flexibility to work on Saturdays and Sundays if needed.
● Must be amenable to work on a hybrid set up.
