Senior Graphic Designer, Remote, Morning Shift

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and forward-thinking Senior Graphic Designer to lead the development of high-impact creative solutions across digital, print, and event-based platforms. This role is ideal for someone who excels at conceptualizing new layouts, proposing creative direction from the ground up, and adapting designs across global markets. The ideal candidate must be confident in client communication, mentoring junior designers, and collaborating cross-functionally—including with our 3D and global teams—to drive creative innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead multimedia and campaign projects from concept to execution.
• Propose fresh design directions with mockups, collaborating with the client team.
• Create new layouts and assets with minimal reliance on past templates.
• Support global design needs, with a focus on international markets.
• Deliver trend-driven content with quick turnarounds (1–2 days).
• Access and leverage internal assets to drive design initiatives.
• Contribute to offline event materials and client-facing creative.
• Mentor junior designers and support high-quality, on-brand execution.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in graphic/web/multimedia design
• Strong portfolio with digital, print, and campaign work
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and familiar with Figma
• Experience working with global brands or international markets
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work fast and independently, especially on trend-driven content
• Experience collaborating with 3D teams and event-based design is a plus
• Experience with e-commerce and/or gaming industry is a plus
