Job Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to lead creative projects across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate has strong visual design skills, experience managing end-to-end workflows, and the ability to collaborate directly with clients and internal teams. This role also involves mentoring junior designers and contributing to strategic design initiatives. Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee multimedia projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Establish and communicate a clear creative vision for projects, aligning with client and organizational goals.
• Must be able to find creative solutions to project briefs
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends and technologies to ensure that our designs are cutting-edge and competitive
• Able to communicate directly with client stakeholders to ensure seamless feedback and interaction
• Contribute to strategic planning for design initiatives, aligning with broader marketing and organizational objectives.
• Coach and mentor junior designers and provide guidance and direction to ensure that all projects are completed on time and to the highest standards
Requirements:
• At least 5+ years' experience as a Web & Graphic Designer or equivalent
• Strong portfolio of work or samples demonstrating web design and graphic design skills
• Intermediate knowledge of web, graphic, and print design processes
• Must be proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft, and Google Office Tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate ideas and collaborate with teams and clients.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies to manage timelines and deliverables.
