10 Tips to Remember Before Outsourcing Your Business Operations
August 22, 2025
Learn the top 10 tips for outsourcing business operations —focus on communication, data security, vendor research, cost planning, and long-term goals.

For decades, many global companies have taken advantage of outsourcing. Whether it’s to save time, keep labor costs down, or move production processes abroad, outsourcing makes it possible for businesses to grow steadily while maintaining a high level of productivity and operational efficiency.

While outsourcing has been a successful strategy for many companies, others have struggled to reap its benefits, often with undesired results.

So, what are the things you need to consider before outsourcing business operations? To help you get started, here are 10 outsourcing tips to remember:

1. Know What You Want and Need

Not all services across all industries can be outsourced. Therefore, understanding how your business works is crucial. You will need to know which second-hand processes can be delegated to third parties and which ones should be retained in-house. Here are the most commonly outsourced departments and functions:

2. Make an Action Plan

After identifying which processes can be turned over, the next step is to plan your outsourcing strategy. This includes careful planning and allocation of available resources, as well as assessing costs, risks, and long-term benefits. You will also need to identify reliable suppliers and vendors to ensure the success of your strategy.

3. Draw Up A Budget

Speaking of action plans, creating (and sticking to) a budget is one thing you must not forget when outsourcing business operations. To financially prepare your company for outsourcing, keep in mind these three tips:

  • Research Average Salaries: In the Philippines, business process outsourcing (BPO) employees earn between $3,240.68 USD and $9,524.96 USD a year, according to job search platform Jobyoda. However, these figures may vary depending on the role, working experience, and location.

For example, if you’re outsourcing graphic design, the annual cost of hiring a Filipino graphic designer at the junior level is $6,269.59 USD a year, whereas a senior graphic designer costs $12,662.63 USD. Some cities pay more, so be sure to factor in location-based salary differences in your budget.

  • Understand Outsourcing Costs: Overlooking costs associated with outsourcing is a big outsourcing mistake. Expenses such as start-up and management fees and software solution costs can throw you off guard if you’re financially unprepared. Accounting for project complexity and scope, industry requirements, choice of pricing model, and other factors helps you set a realistic budget.
  • Anticipate Unforeseen Expenses: Natural disasters, exchange rates, extra services, and poor performance can incur additional expenses. Anticipating hidden costs allows your business to stay afloat while ensuring you get the most ROI from outsourcing.

As a business owner, you need to be one step ahead of everything, including costs. Developing a budget allows you to assess the potential financial benefits and risks of outsourcing.

4. Vet External Vendors

No, we don’t mean choosing the cheapest or the most expensive offshore outsourcing companies. When evaluating potential outsourcing partners, you also need to consider these factors:

  • Industry Knowledge and Experience: Does the BPO vendor excel in your industry? A potential BPO partner that has worked with businesses in a similar industry to your business is more likely to understand your needs and meet your expectations.
  • Quality of Service Delivery: Check the vendor’s portfolio and case studies. The samples featured there give you a sneak peek of the employees’ quality of work as well as the impacts of their output.
  • Reputation and Work Ethic: No client wants an outsourcing provider that delivers low-quality work and falls short of performance and turnaround time expectations. Look up reviews of the service provider or reach out to its clients, so you have a clearer picture of the company’s work ethic.
  • Technical Knowhow: Is the offshore outsourcing partner knowledgeable about AI and new technology trends? Most companies (83%) said their business plans included prioritizing AI. If you’re one of these companies, finding an outsourcing provider that offers AI solutions could accelerate your business’s digital transformation.

Furthermore, consider working with an offshore outsourcing company that’s already proficient in your tools and software. For instance, if your finance and accounting department is using Wave Accounting, you’ll get more value from outsourcing accounting with an external provider that knows the said program inside and out.

  • Goals and Values: Shared goals and values equate to fewer conflicts of interest and a stronger long-term relationship. Outsourcing is a long-term investment, so it’s best to discuss goals and values earlier before fully committing to the partnership.

Thoroughly vetting external providers may take time, but you’ll be rewarded with a partnership that aligns with your standards, goals, values, and expertise.

5. Start Small

Outsourcing your processes to an outsourced service provider won’t always go smoothly the first time. To effectively manage risks, you have to start small so you can easily keep tabs on everything. By doing so, you can objectively assess if your offshore processes are being done efficiently and effectively.

6. Conduct A Trial Period or Project

No matter how many client testimonials, case studies, and reviews you’ve read, it’s normal to feel uncertain about whether your outsourcing provider is truly the right fit for your business. Fortunately, most outsourcing companies accept trial periods or projects.

Much like a test task for employees, trial periods or projects let you see if your potential outsourcing partner can deliver on their promises with real results. Marketing claims can be deceiving, so a trial period takes off any rose-tinted view you may have of the company.

It also helps you pinpoint challenges, address any shortcomings, and make an informed decision before fully committing to the BPO provider.

7. Onboard Outsourced Employees

After you have formed a team of online workers, the next step is to get them onboarded and up to speed with your company culture. Everybody must be fully aware of their roles, including the results they have to deliver. This is done to avoid miscommunication, which can result in productivity issues and high turnover rates.

8. Invest in Training

If onboarding is all about making new employees feel that they’re an important part of the company, training, on the other hand, focuses more on the technical aspects of the job. It’s important to invest in training so that your team is fully equipped before they do their job. As a result, they will be able to deliver their output quickly and easily.

9. Practice Regular Communication

Communication is the foundation of effective outsourcing. Here’s what to do when onboarding offshore employees:

  • Establish Communication Channels: Will you and your offshore team communicate on Slack or Microsoft Teams? Deciding which platform to use ensures alignment and smoother communication between internal and outsourced teams.
  • Schedule Meetings: We recommend scheduling weekly meetings to report on everything that happened throughout the workweek — whether it’s a newly achieved milestone or downtimes due to technical issues. Use meetings as opportunities for feedback, so your team can improve their services.

By regularly communicating with your outsourced team, you can strengthen teamwork, address issues, and maintain optimal momentum on projects.

10. Make Your Offshore Team Feel Valued

There’s a reason why outsourcing partners market their teams as a “seamless extension” of in-house teams. In a nutshell, offshore employees are assets — not extra task-takers or disposable staff. But just like your in-house employees, outsourced staff need to be treated right, too.

Here’s how to value and respect your offshore team:

  • Be Receptive to Feedback and New Ideas: Offshore employees may notice flaws in your processes or propose out-of-the-box ideas.
  • Hold Them to A High Standard: If you expect your internal team to maintain high standards, you should also expect the same for your offshore employees. It’s all about equal treatment.
  • Celebrate Wins: Outsourcing involves achieving long-term goals. When your offshore team has finally achieved a difficult milestone, acknowledge everyone’s hard work to boost their morale and motivate them to perform better.

Why Should Your Business Consider Outsourcing?
May 21, 2020
There are a few tasks in your business that may not be considered as a core process. Whether it’s accounting, data entry, web development, or marketing, there are many aspects in your enterprise which you may not be an expert on.

There are a few tasks in your business that may not be considered as a core process. Whether it’s accounting, data entry, web development, or marketing, there are many aspects in your enterprise which you may not be an expert on.

If you don’t possess the expertise required to take on a critical business activity, the possibility of failure becomes more apparent. This is when you can consider outsourcing as part of your business model.

Here are 5 reasons why partnering with an outsourcing company may be good for your business:

Cost Reduction

Whether you own a startup or a small and medium-sized enterprise, saving as much resources as you can while maximizing what you have is crucial. Through outsourcing, you will be able to significantly reduce both labor and overhead costs.

Flexibility

Managing internal resources, such as manpower and infrastructure, can take up a lot of your time and energy. When you partner with an outsourcing company, they can take care of the resource management so you can focus on your goal—growing your business.

What’s good about outsourcing is that you can conveniently and quickly scale your business as needed. After all, contracts are based on a project duration and the team size that’s required for it.

Quick Hiring Process

When you work with an outsourced company, hiring qualified employees becomes easier. Typically, you will be able to work with an outsourced worker or a team who’s ready to jump into the project right away. The earlier you can get the manpower you need, the faster you can hit your productivity goals.

Access to More Talent

Hiring full-time employees locally doesn’t only take longer, but also cost more than outsourcing your workers. With help from outsourcing companies in the Philippines, you can gain access to a pool of equally talented workforce at a reduced labor cost.

A New Perspective

Being able to work with a diverse group of talented individuals abroad is a huge edge in the business world. For startups, most especially, outsourced workers are considered as collaborators who can give new insights into the business. This advantage makes it possible for a company to innovate and implement new ideas for business growth.

How To Choose the Best Outsourcing Agency in the Philippines
May 21, 2020
Selecting the right outsourcing partner for your business can be challenging. There are many available vendors in the market, and each one might offer bundled services that are difficult to pass up on.

Selecting the right outsourcing partner for your business can be challenging. There are many available vendors in the market, and each one might offer bundled services that are difficult to pass up on. While going for the company that provides the cheapest rates may be tempting, it’s important to remember that quality service matters more than affordable fees in the long run. Not sure where to start looking for a partner agency in the Philippines? Here are some outsourcing tips that can help you make an informed decision.

Ask for Recommendations

If you’re starting out in the business, chances are, you know companies within the same industry that are successful. The owners of these businesses have great working relationships with partner organizations that have made it possible for them to thrive.Your goal is to find out which outsourcing company you can reliably count on. As you build good relationships even with rival companies, you may ask for recommendations on which outsourcing partners are great to work with and which ones are not.

Look Into the Track Record

A lot of outsourcing companies might be very good in making their pitch; however, may not be entirely reliable in delivering results. After getting recommendations from people whom you trust, you need to deep dive on what the prospective outsourcing partner has done. You may check up on what kinds of clients they have worked with before, as well as the projects they have successfully completed.

Request Sample Work

Once convinced of the partner company’s credibility, you can now ask for sample work they have previously created. After all, what works for a client of theirs might not yield similar results for your business. By doing this, you can determine whether or not choosing the said agency is the right choice for your business.

Check the Partner Company’s Culture and Its Leaders

The culture of a company is defined by the person or individuals who steer the ship—the operations leaders. You will need to verify if they are trustworthy professionals whose team members are qualified enough to handle your projects. Remember, you are looking to build a successful working relationship with a business partner, so being diligent during the selection phase is crucial. There are many vendors that can offer digital and creative services for your company, but it pays off to work with one that has been in the business for more than 15 years. Reach out to KDCI today to learn how we can help you build an offshoring team that will push your business into hypergrowth.

Outsourcing Mistakes to Avoid: Top 3 Things You Need to Know
August 20, 2025
Discover the most common outsourcing mistakes you should avoid: unclear outsourcing goals, incorrect expectations, and insufficient communication.

The proliferation of the internet and the cost-effectiveness of overseas labor have made outsourcing an indispensable tool for entrepreneurs seeking rapid growth. While plenty of commercial establishments have enjoyed great success with this strategy, not all businesses equally benefit from it.

If you have finally decided that outsourcing is the right approach for your company, you need to be aware of the common outsourcing mistakes that business owners make. Here are the top 10 blunders for you to remember and avoid:

1. Lacking Clarity of What to Outsource

There are many entrepreneurs who jump on the bandwagon of outsourcing without fully understanding its potential impacts on their company. While it has many benefits — such as improved flexibility, lower labor costs, and expanded capacity — outsourcing also brings some operational challenges if inefficiently used.

There are crucial questions that you need to think through:

  • Which areas of my business do I want to outsource?
  • How will my internal stakeholders be affected by this move?
  • How long should I outsource a part of my business before I evaluate its success?

It is important to plan ahead and look at how outsourcing will impact all the other aspects of your business. Remember, managing external resources requires a different skill set than handling the same assets internally. Therefore, you should be as careful and as thorough as possible during the decision-making stage.

2. Creating Vague Contract Clauses

An outsourcing contract is an important legal document when entering into a partnership with an outsourcing provider. One common outsourcing mistake to avoid is writing vague (or overly complex) contract clauses, as they can cause conflicts of interest between you and the outsourcing firm. Essentially, the point of a contract is clarity and mutual agreement.

When crafting clauses, use clear and simple language. If possible, consult a legal professional. Likewise, don’t hesitate to ask for clarifications if any of the clauses outlined in the service provider’s contract are unclear to you.

3. Neglecting Financial Planning and Preparation

Outsourcing helps organizations save between 15% to 30% of costs, according to the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP), cited by MyOutDesk. Most outsourcing providers even claim that their services can reduce your labor costs by 70%.

However, don’t let the appeal of cost savings blind you from the real (and hidden) costs of outsourcing. Without a realistic budget or a clear financial plan, outsourcing can become an expense-heavy investment.

If you’re outsourcing accounting services to a Philippine-based accounting outsourcing provider, research the average salary of a Filipino accountant so you have an estimated benchmark of their labor costs. Implementation fees, service costs, management fees, pricing model, and technology may also influence outsourcing costs.

By preparing financially, you can anticipate expenses and choose an outsourcing service provider that aligns with your budget and outsourcing needs.

4. Working With the Cheapest Outsourcing Company

One of the biggest outsourcing mistakes you can make is settling for the cheapest outsourcing company and overlooking its service quality and expertise. Rather than saving on costs and maximizing your outsourcing ROI, you’ll end up becoming frustrated and spending more on early termination fees due to unmet expectations, mismatched goals and values, and poor output quality.

According to Computer Economics, cited by Auxis, distance (3.7), data residency (3.2), and language (3.0) are the top factors to consider when selecting a service provider to work with. However, time zone overlap and low outsourcing costs are only ranked 2.9 and 2.2, respectively.

The trick? Widen your options and always prioritize best-fit outsourcing providers. Evaluate potential outsourcing partners based on their ability to secure your data, scale your business, deliver high-quality services,  and meet your goals and expectations.

5. Overlooking Cultural Differences

Outsourcing is a great opportunity to work with people of different nationalities and promote DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusivity). However, cultural differences become a problem if you do not do your research or neglect them as a deciding factor when vetting outsourcing providers.

If you’re outsourcing work to the Philippines, you might know the country for its colonial history, hospitality, resilience, and affinity with Western culture. However, there are still distinct cultural differences between the Philippines and the West.

For example, Filipino culture is more hierarchical. Rather than addressing their superiors by their first names, Filipino employees use “ma’am” or “sir” followed by the person’s name. They’re also non-confrontational and conflict-averse, so Filipinos may choose to keep the peace rather than engage in disagreements.

By reading up on Filipino culture (or any culture of your chosen outsourcing country), you already have an idea of your outsourced team’s behavior towards conflict, disagreements, and even feedback. We also recommend creating a safe space for your outsourced team to contribute their ideas and assert themselves during meetings.

6. Minimizing the Power of Regular Communication

For many outsourced businesses, it is easy to make small mistakes that might result in problems that will snowball into something more serious if left unchecked. Sometimes, such issues come about because of miscommunication.

If you are sharing a project brief with your outsourcing partner, do not make the mistake of omitting pieces of information because you assume that they are obvious. It may be challenging to discuss each small detail of a project; that is why constant communication and cross-checking with people involved is crucial.

Make sure the project scope is properly understood, and that everyone knows what they are supposed to do. The rule of thumb is to regularly communicate with your outsourced staff to avoid missing seemingly obvious but important details.

7. Failing to Set the Right Expectations

After going through the list of qualified outsourcing companies, you must identify key outcomes that you are targeting from a specific project. The expectations should be clear, and milestones have to be identified in advance to ensure smooth operation.

During the planning phase, you can then involve your chosen outsourced company to set proper expectations.

8. Ignoring the Trial Period

Not requesting a trial period (or project) is risky, as you won’t be able to assess your outsourced team’s output and responsiveness and detect red flags early on. This period helps you avoid entering into a lock-in contract or paying a termination fee with the wrong or ill-fit outsourcing service provider.

Before signing a contract, request a trial period from the provider, so you can sign the contract with full confidence once the trial ends.

9. Taking Data Security and Privacy for Granted

With 600 million cyber attacks occurring on a daily basis, data protection should always be a priority when outsourcing. Outsourcing providers may have the most enterprise-grade IT facilities, but here’s the million-dollar question: How well do they protect your data from cyber threats?

If you’re engaging in finance, healthcare, or human resources outsourcing, having your data fall into the wrong hands can lead to a breach of customer trust and reputational loss.

One of the most common outsourcing mistakes clients make is failing to assess the service provider’s cybersecurity capabilities. Ask questions about the company’s cybersecurity program, data encryption and storage solutions, and risk management strategies.  These questions will help gain insights into its commitment to data privacy and confidentiality.

While outsourcing involves a degree of security risk, choosing the right service provider will give you peace of mind.

10 . Mistreating Your Outsourced Team

One aspect of outsourcing that clients should never ignore is employee treatment. Your outsourced staff members may be from another country with a culture different from yours, but they’re also real humans with feelings and emotions. Outsourcing is inherently collaborative, and outsourced teams are extensions of your internal team —and thus — should be treated like your own.

How do you treat your outsourced employees? Cultivate a culture of mutual trust and respect. Avoid making racist remarks or discriminating against your outsourced team against your internal staff during cross-team meetings. Take note: cultural awareness and sensitivity go a long way in ensuring a successful partnership.

What Are the Highlights of Summer Fun with the KDCI Family?
July 20, 2023
KDCI Celebrates Summer: Team Building Fun at La Luz Beach Resort! Join us on our exhilarating journey to Laiya, San Juan, Batangas, where our team bonded over exciting games and beach activities. Discover how these experiences enhanced teamwork, communication, and camaraderie, leaving us recharged and ready for the year ahead.

What a way to start the summer! Good food + an amazing location + great people = one awesome adventure!Last week, the whole KDCI family took a trip to the La Luz Beach resort in sunny Laiya, San Juan, Batangas for our annual Team Building event. The trip was spearheaded by Mellany Mercaida, our HR head, in coordination with Conflate World Dynamics Consultancy, who facilitated the activities. The whole crew arrived at the resort just in time for lunch, and everyone was excited about the beautiful resort and all the fun games and activities in store.

The entire group was split into six teams, with members from different KDCI accounts. This ensured that everyone got a chance to meet and interact with people from other accounts. Before the games began, the teams were given time to meet each other and were asked to set their goals for the fun-filled day ahead. The teams competed in three games: Photo hunt, Cross the river, and Catapult-building.In the Photo hunt activity, the teams were required to take photos of 10 different scenes. Here are some of the most exciting ones!

In the Cross the river activity, the teams were challenged to cross the “river” using three cases of beer. This required a lot of flexibility as the whole team had to fit and balance on top of the beer cases all while moving towards the goal.

In the Catapult-building game, the teams were given various materials to build a makeshift catapult, and the team whose catapult threw an egg the farthest would be declared the winner. This game was done beachfront, and it was entertaining to see the teams working together to create the best contraption.

By the end of the day, everyone was exhausted from playing games and running around on the beach, but happy about meeting new people and making new friends. The games and activities conducted were not only fun but were also meaningful as well. They showed everyone the importance of teamwork, communication, and trust in one another – all lessons that can be applied in the workplace as well as in life. The team building event was an excellent way for people from different KDCI accounts to come together and interact with each other, and it was an immensely fun way for people to relax and take a short break from work. We’re refreshed, recharged, and ready to face the rest of the year with high spirits! Here’s to more exciting events and fun times with the KDCI family!

How To Choose The Best Photos For Your Website
May 21, 2020
Why are fintech apps attracting so many customers, while banks are losing them? Traditional banks and...

Choosing photos for your website? You probably have one (or more) stock photos on your site. We don’t blame you – many other websites also take advantage of the millions of stock photos available on the internet.

However, chances are those other websites may be using the exact same image that you have on your company’s online platform. Bummer, right?

Well, we have found the perfect solution for that:

The best stock photos for your website are photos of people that make up your company.

Not only will doing this make your website imagery unique and authentic, but it is also a great way to show your company’s unique personality. Aside from this, using your employees’ photographs can help assure your clients that they are working with real people instead of robots. Makes sense, right?

Understanding this, we will soon unveil a new website to create a more personable approach to our digital marketing strategy.

Headed by our digital project manager, the photo shoot was held in our office over two days. It featured an assortment of our employees, including our HR staff, graphic designers, web developers, and some of our writers.

The result? Amazingly real photos that show our fantastic team in action.

Here are some of the photographs we captured:

While this move may have been made to improve company branding and to boost client engagement, we cannot discount its effect on the featured employees.

HR Generalist Mellany Mercaida welcomes this idea as she said it would go a long way in boosting employee morale. She also said that the shoot made the employees feel their importance to the organization as its new faces.

Employees featured on the company’s online ads also express their excitement to be a part of this campaign.

“The shoot was a lot of fun and being featured on the company’s ad is a great experience because somehow, I got to represent the company. It’s really nice to be part of our team’s growth and of course, KDCI’s growth.” Rachelle Joy Santos, a KDCI content curator, said.

Watch out for the re-launch of the KDCI website soon! In the meantime, you can see some of our employee photos on our Facebook and Instagram accounts.

Do you need awesome photos for your website too? At KDCI, we can build you an awesome team of professional photo editors to turn your raw images into something amazing.

Top Benefits of Data Entry Outsourcing for Your Business
July 21, 2023
Outsourcing data entry not only empowers businesses to concentrate on their main competencies by offloading routine tasks but also provides a cost-effective solution with expert teams that ensure accuracy, speed, and enhanced data security measures beyond what in-house resources can typically offer. This strategy offers reduced operational costs, increased efficiency, and faster turnaround times.

Wouldn’t it be nice if businesses can focus on what matters most – their core functions? Unfortunately, businesses cannot do away with routine tasks, mundane as they are. Data entry and management, such as filling out forms, generating reports from large amounts of data, or scrubbing contact lists, among other things, are all important yet time-consuming. Worse, your in-house staff can get stuck with these tasks, leaving them with little to no time to come up with fresh ideas for your business This is where outsourcing data entry services comes in handy.

three outsourced data entry experts working

Outsourcing business processes offer plenty of benefits to businesses of all sizes. This business strategy allows you to focus more on developing your core competencies. You can also enjoy reduced costs, increased efficiency, faster turnaround, and data security – things that are difficult to achieve with only an in-house team.

Outsourcing lets you focus on your business by freeing your employees from the shackles of repetitive work.

You can delegate data entry tasks to an offshore team by working with data entry outsourcing companies in the Philippines instead.

Outsourcing also significantly lowers operational costs.

Onboarding and training an entire team for data entry tasks needs resources. Moreover, you need to buy hardware and software for the team. This way, you get an entire team of specialists with their own equipment at a much lower price tag.

Outsourced data entry teams are also efficient at handling large amounts of data.

Outsourcing companies train them to work with minimal errors, no matter what the size of the data set is. They have the experience, expertise, and the equipment to get the job done. Hence, the skills of most in-house data entry staff pale in comparison to that of outsourced data entry specialists. With efficiency comes a faster turnaround even for large data entry tasks. This is another thing that is hard to achieve when you only rely on in-house data entry staff. They also know what works best and what doesn’t. In outsourcing data entry services to companies, you can take advantage of their team’s knowledge and skills.

Outsourcing companies take the issue of data security seriously.

Perhaps the most important issue against data entry outsourcing is data security. When you outsource such services, you often allow access to sensitive and confidential information.Outsourcing companies use state-of-the-art security measures to protect your data and keep it confidential. They have the technical know-how to restrict access to data that you provide. Thus, data entry outsourcing offer better security than most in-house staff can.To sum it up, you can save time, effort, and resources by outsourcing data entry processes to companies like KDCI Outsourcing. Offshore business process providers like us offer cost-effective solutions for your business. Our staff are all well-versed in English and can even work on the same time zone as you. We can support your onshore team operations and give accurate, fast turnaround work.

Why US Companies Outsource Graphic Design to the Philippines
May 21, 2020
The rise of graphic design outsourcing in the Philippines is driven by creative talent, global influences, advanced skills, English proficiency, and impeccable work ethics, making it a popular option for businesses seeking high-quality design solutions.

The Philippines is known for its BPO industry. While call centers still lead the rank, graphic designing has started to make its mark in the global market. To date, many outsourcing companies offer graphic design, making it one of the in-demand fields in the country. This rise can be credited not only to the lower operational cost but to the quality of work that Filipino graphic designers provide.

Here are some of the reasons why the Philippines is one of the popular options when it comes to outsourcing graphic artists.

1. Incredible Creative Talent

Filipinos are inherently creative, and their level of talent is evident the quality of work they provide. Filipino graphic designers can bring out fresh ideas to help your company capture the attention of your customers.

2. Global Influences

The Philippines is a very open and culturally diverse country. It is a cultural melting pot, making its people easily adaptable and responsive to various cultures and traditions of people from all over the world.

This allows local designers the ability to create designs that are appealing to an international audience.

3. Advanced Designers

Filipino graphic designers are accustomed to new medium and technology when it comes to graphic design. Universities and colleges offer advanced curriculum to keep up with the ever-changing trends in the industry, and many Filipinos are into online learning and utilizing the vast resources available on the internet.

Moreover, the majority of Philippine outsourcing companies invest in the acquisition of the latest technology as well as in the training of designers in the latest techniques to meet client needs.

This enables them to provide clients with consistent, high-quality output.

4. English Proficiency

One of the most significant advantages that Filipino outsourcing companies have over other offshore service providers is proficiency in the English language. Filipino graphic designers have a better command of the English language compared to other counterparts, which is an advantage in the outsourcing industry.

5. Impeccable Work Ethics

Filipinos are inherently hard workers. They can work well under pressure and can remain calm even in the most stressful situations.
